Atmosphere – Caskn Flagon has a big wrap around bar, brick walls, stone tile floors, and by far the coolest feature is the mini flat screen TVs they have in front of each urinal. Downstairs is Oliver’s which is more dedicated for dancing and live bands (as bars in this area tend to be.) Oliver’s is a little bit darkly lit than the sports bar atmosphere of Caskn Flagon upstairs.

My Opinion – This is a sports fan/Red Sox lovers dream. Out front of Cask’n Flagon is a banner that reads “voted the #1 sports bar in America by ESPN.” Caskn Flagon is a great bar to go to, especially before, during or after the Sox games. I’ve been a few times and its definitely worth it to at least check out even if you’re not into that sort of thing. They have good food, a chill atmosphere and TVs everywhere. The inside of this place is actually really nice and well kept too. Any place that I can still watch the game when I’m taking a piss is okay with me.
