Noche Boston

AtmosphereNoche is Spanish for “night” so playing off that theme, the interior design language is dark but elegant. Noche Boston displays 44 hand-blown Italian pendants mimicking the starry sky above the bar. The establishment also displays two wall sculptors in the dining room illustrating the different phases of the moon. The white silestone table tops, dark Mahogany wood, and ivory leather seats creates a clean, modern ambiance that feels warm and inviting. There are two huge TVs at the bar and huge mirrors everywhere that create the illusion of there being more space than there is. Also, the music does not play loud, but at a medium roar which I thought was a nice change from the usual like-kind spots.

My Opinion – If you’re looking for a place to spend a romantic, classy, and elegant evening with a special someone then Noche Boston is the place to be. It’s certainly aesthetically pleasing with the low, dim lights shining on top of the bar and throughout the restuarant. Like most places of this nature, make sure to bring your wallet (especially if you are grabbing a bite to eat because they don’t have a dollar menu.) One thing that took me by surprise when I first went to Noche was that some people were grooving a little bit because they were playing good music. Not a dance spot but the music is not bad at all. Overall, Noche is a chic, modern feeling South End restaurant bar that is very upscale and attracts a smart, older, professional crowd.
