Wednesday, August 14, 2013
WHAT: Give back to the community this summer while enjoying city views, ocean breezes and great company. The 10th Annual Shooze Cruise on Boston Harbor is the only harbor cruise dedicated to helping the poor and homeless move forward in life.
On Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at 6:30pm, hundreds will set sail aboard the Provincetown II for an unforgettable evening of free food, live music, raffle items, and a starlit view of Boston. Don’t forget to bring a new pair of men’s shoes (sizes 9-13) to donate to those in need!
All proceeds from the Shooze Cruise benefit the St. Francis House, the largest day shelter for the poor and homeless in Boston. Over the past 28 years, St. Francis House has met the needs of thousands of men and women. Last year alone, St. Francis House has served more than 315,000 meals, has provided 9,000 showers, and counseling to 12,000 men and women.
Tickets for the 10th Annual Shooze Cruise are $25.00 per person and are available at www.stfrancishouse.org/shooze.
