Atmosphere – The Mission Boston is probably the nicest bar aesthetically speaking in the Mission Hill area. There is exposed brick, dark finished wood and a well laid out interior. There is a large bar and some restaurant seating along the edges, but plenty of room in between so it doesn’t get too crowded. Overall The Mission Boston has a very modern style with a relaxed and sophisticated vibe.

My Opinion – The Mission Boston is my favorite bar of the area. It’s definitely not a late-night clubby bar. They do have music and can get really crowded from time to time. Their high traffic time is from 5pm till around 10pm. Doctors, nurses, and other businessmen & women flood this place after work. The Mission Boston is known for their great food and fantastic service, also if you stop by I recommend that you give the chicken saltimbocca a try it’s simply delicious. The Mission Boston is a much more relaxed place than others, but can become pretty exciting on Friday and Saturday nights. Certainly not at all a bar you want to go to if you’re looking for pitchers of bud light and a divey atmosphere . To me it’s the best place in the area for the after-work scene. I would suggest you visit The Mission, grab some food and a few drinks then experience The Mission Boston for yourself.
